SBS Civil Inc in Ontario, OR has been in this industry since 1996. Originally founded by Steve Gerulf, we have grown from Steve's Backhoe Service to a full Civil Engineering, Construction and Material provider. From survey and design to site prep to construction we take pride in delivering skilled services, premium products and peace of mind to every facet of our construction projects.
